IT Tip of the Month – Removing Duplicate Items from Outlook
At BITS, we’re always on the lookout for ways to make IT easier and more streamlined for our clients.
Whether it’s from syncing your phone to your exchange server, importing e-mails from a mail backup or a simple administrative error, having duplicate e-mails/contacts in Outlook is a nuisance that has likely affected most of us at one time or another.
This month we came across a free and easy to use program called ODIR (Outlook Duplicate Items Remover) which we think could come in handy for you.
We’ve made sure it’s a safe program to use that contains no viruses, spyware or malware, and we recommend it because we use it ourselves.
You can find it here.
