Server Monitoring
If you don’t need full managed IT support yet, but do still need some form of support, we can provide remote server monitoring. We will monitor your servers, make sure they are problem free, check that the backup has successfully run, check that your antivirus is as up to date as it can be and make sure there are no other problems like limited disk space etc. When we find a problem, we will alert you and you can deal with it or we can sort it out for you.
This level of support uses the same monitoring that we use for full managed IT support, it just does not include any remediation work.
