Our aim is to offer superior levels of customer service, so not only will we solve your problems when you call, but we will proactively monitor your systems to check for potential problem areas. This includes regular checks of your Anti-Virus software, your back-up solution, and the operating system event logs all with the aim of maintaining your productivity.
BITS Fully Managed IT Support package includes all of the following:
- Unlimited remote-access support
- Unlimited on-site labour
- Proactive maintenance of your systems
- Management of backup strategy
- New users, email addresses etc
- Advice and IT strategy guidance (including meetings on-site for internal technology related meeting's etc)
- Disaster Recovery (we will reinstall servers and workstations in the event of disaster and make our best effort to recover any data from your backups or damaged/failed hardware)
- All replacement parts required*
- Quarterly health check for security, anti-virus, potential problems
- First response usually 1 hour (maximum 4 hours for servers and 8 hours for workstations)
