How to Change Your Password on a Mac
I have used Mac OSX 10.7 - Lion as the basis of this guide, other versions may be similar.
Click on the Apple Logo (Top Left) > System Preferences.
Select Users & Groups.
Select the User that you want to change the password for (Current User is selected by default) and then click the Change Password box on the right.
Enter your Old password, then enter the New password and also repeat the New password in the Verify box.
You can enter a Password hint in the relevant box.
Click Change Password.
That's it all done, your password has now been changed.
